SMPS Oregon COVID-19 Update

Dear SMPS Oregon Community,

To keep our volunteers, members and community safe, SMPS Oregon is postponing all events scheduled for March and April 2020. The board of directors is meeting regularly to discuss our events and service to our members during this unprecedented time and will continue to communicate updates as they are available.  At this time, we have the following updates to share.

  • Events postponed include:
    • 3.18.20 Market Mixer
    • 4.2.20 Design-Build Teaming
    • 4.9.20 Brown Bag Meet Up
    • 4.9.20 Marketing Excellence Awards
    • New Member Meet Ups
  • If you have already purchased a ticket for any of these events, we will be fully refunding your ticket over the next few days. Once events are rescheduled you will need to purchase a new ticket if you wish to attend. You will receive an email confirming refund once processed.
  • If you are an event sponsor for any of these events, the respective committee Director will be in touch with options.
  • Roundtable meetings, committee meetings and board meetings will be hosted virtually so that we can continue with our important mission of transforming business through marketing leadership.

If you have ideas or resources to share that might benefit others as they message their firm’s approach to business operations, expand their telecommuting strategies, and create alternatives to meeting in person, please connect with us on social media. We are in this together! Responding ethically and balancing the safety of our communities while continuing to educate and connect leaders in the building industry is SMPS Oregon’s highest priority.
