Lisa Keohokalole Schauer, CPSM

Lisa leads a team of facilitators, storytellers and strategic communicators. Before launching PointNorth in 2018, she was one of the majority owners of a regional engineering and construction management firm. Lisa has led business development, communications, HR, finance, compliance, and IT functions where she successfully led numerous multi-million-dollar pursuits for the firm helping to grow people and profit by tripling the staff size and increasing revenue over 350%. Lisa was appointed by Governor Inslee to serve as one of nine Regents for Washington State University, with student enrollment exceeding 30,000 and five campuses in the system. She has a B.A. in Public Relations and a B.A. in Political Science from Gonzaga University, as well as a Master's in Organizational Development from George Washington University.
