Join us for a conversation with motivational speaker Lou Radja as he breaks down terminology and foundational steps of implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the work­place. Lou is the founder of Lou Radja Enterprises, through which he works to engage audiences around the world with topics including diversity, leadership, change management, and inspiring everyone to "Be More and Give More."

Non-Member Tickets

Non-member ticket sales will be donated to Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI). SEI is Oregon’s largest African-American-led nonprofit multi-service organization, providing comprehensive cradle to career services to over 16,500 vulnerable youth and families annually. Their success boast a 98% high school graduation rate among SEI enrollees in 2018, compared to a statewide graduation rate ranking near the bottom nationally. Donations to SEI support education for students, this can include educational field trips, tutorial support for one year, STEAM after school programs, college expense allowances and more.
