The exam is based on a comprehensive practice analysis commissioned by SMPS. Candidates will be tested on their knowledge of the following six domains of practice: research, planning, client and business development, proposals, promotional activity, and management.

Join the Pacific Regional CPSM Study Group, a collaborative, virtual group that combines topics lead by CPSM industry leaders to support CPSM exam preparation and pool/share study resources among the Pacific region chapters. This large, virtual study group has two cohorts per year, preparing SMPS members for Spring and Summer exam periods.
